All of our employees receive a programme of structured technical and safety training through our City West Training Passport programme. This is delivered by our BICSc accredited Training Team who provide a supportive learning environment. Working methods and effective cleaning techniques are either demonstrated on site or within our bespoke Training Academy.
The City West Career Pathway
The development of all our colleagues is governed by our ‘City West Career Pathway’.
This provides a clear guidelines for each individual as to what level of knowledge is expected of them in their roles, and the key training they will need to advance to the next level and beyond.
We are the only cleaning company with a BICSc Accredited Assesement Centre in the City Of London.
